Here's one I got from shape.com. It's part of Kelly Ripa's workout routine.

It's called the Triceps Can-Can Home Workout. I've tried it and I feel like my triceps are tight already. LOL!But hey, before you do this exercise, make sure you stretch first. I don't want you filing for disability appeal just because you sprain or break a ligament or something. Okay?
