You know what's fun about having a gadget? It's being able to "dress" it up. Yup, I am guilty of that.

My iPhone4 has had several "makeovers". LOL! Right now, it's wearing a protective black cover and sleek, chic red over all. I love it! Hahaha!!!

My iPad is using the light blue smart cover right now. It's nice. But now I am looking for a unique stand or holder. Guess what, I just might have found the right one at Accessory Geeks.

ZARA Man August Lookbook

You know something funny? I introduced my husband to Zara Man. At first he wasn't interested. He said the clothes of Zara are not him. But because I was persistent. He eventually gave it a try. He loved it.

Guess what? Now he has moved on to designer clothes for men. My, he's a fast learner. LOL!

I told him, he should stick with ZARA. We cannot afford designer clothes all throught out. I hope he's listening.

Saturday Surveys

It is six in the evening on a Saturday. I just finished a long list of things to do. Errands here and there. Groceries. Bookings. Emails. Social Network. Surveys. Etc, etc!

I am not complaining. I love being busy. I am built that way, can't keep still.

Anyway, like I said I just finished all my things to do today. The last one I did was a survey from a hotel chain we stayed in the Philippines last month.

I like answering surveys especially if there is a promise of a prize. LOL! Seriously, I do like answering them. I do not know why.

I always get survey forms from the product I purchase or use. I even get those Free Online Surveys from facebook and other social networks.

And believe me, I always answer them, even when I am busy. It may take sometime though but I always finish and submit them.

It is weird. I know.

I somehow feel they are like extended questions from school. And if I do not answer and submit them, I would get failing grades.

Does that make sense?

I guess I am what you can call the marketer's favorite person. Always ready for feedback and comments. LOL!

Are there someone out there like me? Please stand up. LOL!

More fun with my iPad

Okay more about my iPad2.

I am not a techie person but I love gadgets. I am not anal about specs, I am more about the fun I get. So, I am not qualified to do a proper review of gadgets, really. Instead, let me just tell you a couple of apps I love using/playing right now.

There's the ZARA apps.

I love it that I get to preview clothes even before I go to the real store. In my case, the closet store is about 1 hour away by plane.

And Scrabble!

This is the apps I am currently addicted to. I bought it for $6.99 (I think, hahaha). I love it because hubby and I can play together via the party play. We just use both our iPhones as tile rack. It's cool! And addicting!

My birthday comes early

I posted about wanting a gadget for my birthday. And guess what, I just got what I wanted. I must have been really, really good. LOL!

My birthday is still one week away but I already got this:



iPad 2 for my birthday!

Hubby bought two, one for me and the other one to be shared between him and our son (bigger capacity). I don't want to go into details about iPad 2 because I am no geeky reviewer. All I can say is that I am having a great time exploring it. My iPhone 4 feels so small compared to my new toy. Poor iPhone, it's being relegated to the side now. Hahahaha!!!

I am happy that our internet is a bit faster now. With about 5-6 gadgets using the internet, it's still working well. I think it also pays off to have reliable wireless routers, otherwise we won't be able to use wifi for all our gadgets.

One happy and grateful girl right here!

I wish travel is my last name

Lately, all I can think about is travel, travel and travel. Oh how I wish I were rich. I'd make travelling my main occupation. Hahaha! I'd definitely travel first class all the way. LOL!

We have a couple of travels lined up for us before the year ends. One major and the other just to a neighboring country.

The major one requires visa application in advance and the other one is shopping for clothes for the major travel. Both exciting but on a different level.

I guess the reason why I am thinking about travel all the time is that I am busy preparing for both travels.

I believe travelling is not an excuse to be a lousy dresser. When I travel, I'd like to think that I dress well. I actually plan my outfit way in advance.

Just like this upcoming travel, I am already planning and coordinationg my outfit. LOL! My husband thinks Backpacking Boots and boots are the same. Him and his fashion sense!

Well, I can say for sure that I would be buying boots and a coat for this major travel. I want to look my best, according to my standards of course. LOL!

Fall 2011 Handbags at Neiman Marcus

I actually just wanted to check coats and jackets but I was drawn to Neiman Marcus' Fall 2011 Handbags.

There are so many beautiful bags in there but here are my picks.

Yves Saint Laurent Ostrich-Stamped Hobo $1,895. I love the detail on the middle of the bag!

Nancy Gonzales Striped Crocodile Tote $3,550. Whoa! I can't afford this. It's wayyyy beyond my budget.

Marc Jacobs The Bowery Satchel $1,195. I love the shape and the color!

Marc Jacobs Perry Tote $1,195. Another of Marc Jacobs that I like.

Prada Scamosciato Suede Tote $1,795. It looks so soft!

And last but not least Jimmy Choo Zodiac-Print Canvas Tote $895. This one is affordable. I love the colors and I love the price.

ZARA: MAN Fall Winter Campaign

I have been trying to convert my husband about clothes for the longest time but it's been a futile effort. He's more interested with rv repair than shopping for his clothes.

But hope is not all lost yet. I showed him this Zara: Man Fall Winter Campaign and he actually wants to buy a couple of their Coats. Yay!









He likes number 2 picture and number 5. With that I have convinced him to go to Bangkok next month for a little shopping.

We really do need coats. I heard November is already cold in Paris. At least for us who are not used to cold weather that is!

I want a gadget for my birthday

My son's birthday is just 6 days away. I don't know what to give.

My birthday is 3 three weeks away. I don't know what I want to receive. LOL!

Hubby thinks we should just buy a tablet computer, and it's going to be a present for both my son and I.

Hmmm....okay.

This is a Blackberry Playbook. It looks cool. I have read the specs and it sounds awesome. I want!

But my son wants an iPad. I've never seen him get so excited about a gadget before but with the iPad, he's so crazy about it. Probably because, he's been playing on our iPhone and he wants a bigger one.

Let's see who wins.

Cufflinks for you

My husband has started to wear cufflinks. He bought his first cufflinks in Bangkok. It took him awhile to get used to it though.

He only has two cufflinks so I am thinking of buying some more. The problem is I don't know where I can find here in Phnom Penh.

In the meantime, I am window shopping on the net, familiarizing myself with it and looking for the best one to give my husband.
