Of course it helps that she's so fit and sexy. That's definitely a flat abs right there!

I am also loving the bangs and curly hair. After this, I am growing my hair long again so I could experience curly hair at least once. LOL!

Accent Mirrors for a Glamorous Room

I am so in love right now. Look, what I found - Ethan Allen Glamour in the form of accent mirrors. They are so romantic and beautiful!

I have always loved homes with accent mirrors. They brighten up the room and they instantly add character. Below pictures spell class, glamour and sophistication.

They may not exactly fit with the modern and contemporary theme I was thinking for our condominium in Manila but I just have to find a way to incorporate this look somehow.

The Illuminator

I was just telling my friend who is based in the US that I will have a facial done when I get back home to the Philippines. I feel like my face needs a thorough cleaning and loving. I have blotches all over and the recent pimple scars I have are quite visible.

I do not want to admit it but the blotches in my face are making me look old. Ouch! It's true though. My face really needs help!

Thank goodness for fairy godmothers. My friend who I was chatting to earlier is also going home the same time we are. And she said she just might have the solution for me. Her officemate has been raving about a product that has done wonders for her face. The product is called luminaze and it corrects dark spots.

It's perfect for me, I shouted in my mind.

Rockstar Kiddo

My son wants to become a rockstar!

Well, he actually wants to be a lot of things, like a scientist, a dad, a race car driver, a teacher, etc, etc. But lately, he's really bent on becoming a rockstar.

I don't know where he got the idea. Probably from Mickey Mouse?

Every time he brushes his teeth at night time, he always sings, the "rockstar" way. It is so cute to watch him act like a rockstar. My son is so adorable! I love him to bits.

The husband said we should start buying him some musical instruments now. But he changes his mind every single day! Hehe.

We'll see how far or how long this "obsession" will last.

Shorts Season

When you say summer, it's not just bikini season. It's also shorts season in my vocabulary. Never mind if I have legs as big as logs, I will still wear shorts. LOL!

I love shorts in different colors! The brighter they are, the better...at least during summer time. I have compiled below some of my favorite shorts in different brands.

Tangerine is for summer

The plan to furnish our condominium in Manila was halted temporarily. We thought someone was going to rent it unfurnished. But since it's not going to happen, we're going to proceed with the original plan.

I have just found where to get cheap sofas for our unit. That is one off my list. Next will be the electronics.

Anyway, before I do that let me indulge in bag heaven for a moment. I saw this bag at Neiman Marcus online shop and I thought "it's perfect for summer, i wanna have it!" LOL!

If I could find cheap electronics, I could use the savings to buy this bag. Hmmm..

All ready for summer!

I am almost ready for summer in the Philippines! What about you?

Physically, I am all ready. I have been working out so hard these past few months and I may not have the supermodel body but I think I have a beach babe body already. LOL! Just kidding! At best, I only have a passable beach body which I will still cover in a maxi dress or a cover-ups. LOL!

Clothing wise, I still need to go shopping. There's only Mango to shop here in Phnom Penh. That's a very limited choice. I though have two options: shop online or wait until we are in the Philippines to go shopping.

The logical side says I have to wait until we reach home. But I am impatient by nature, so I think I might go shopping online.

In fact, I have already started! LOL!

Here are my basic wardrobe summer essentials.

I need a maxi dress for long walks on the beach and for chilling at a bar on sundown.

A large tote where I can put everything in one go. I love this one from Nine West.

A pair of sunnies. I am liking the color blue lately. This one is Sabrina from Coach.

A wedge shoes for the summer. I don't wear heels or wedge for that matter but I think this time around I will. And this one looks comfy and pretty.

And last but not least a Baby G Digital Watch in Yellow to match the yellow wedge. I am attractive to yellow this summer.

Hmm..I do need to buy some hats as well. An accessory and an essential for summer, methinks.

I have not been much active in facebook lately. I am still visible though. I post some random stuff, I like a page or a picture and comment on some of my friends' activities. But I am not that active unlike before.

I could not say I am active in twitter either. I visit the site and post my blog updates there. Once in a while I come up with some totally random stuff and post it in twitter just because I want to. Nah, just kidding.

I follow some inspiring people and read their tweets during my idle time (usually when I am in the car going to pick up my son). It always makes for a very interesting ride on the way to my son's school.

Back to facebook, I just found out today that you can read some celebrity's timeline without being friends with them. I think this has been around for some time now. I am just late. Anyway, to read a celebrity's status update, you just have to subscribe. Or if it is a fanpage, you can click like to get updates as well.

Swimming Season

It's summer time (in Asia) and that only means it's swimming season! I went looking for swimsuits because my old swimsuits are already loose. A couple of them are actually over 5 years old already. Yeah, that old. LOL! So they really need a replacement.

I checked J. Crew and I love their 1-piece swimsuits! I am not comfortable wearing two-piece because I do have a lot of stretch marks.
