Bag Lust: Fendi Colorblock Bags

I was browsing at Neiman Marcus when I saw these bags. Wow! Colorblocking is not just in clothes anymore.

Look at these beauties I found. All Fendi. I love it.

Fendi Colorblock Chameleon Satchel $2340

Fendi Silvana 2Bag Colorblock Tote $2130

Fendi Borsa Colorblock Crossbody Bag $1680

There are probably more designers with colorblock bags. I will have to check now. Maybe I'd find something within my budget. Something cheap. LOL!

Mud for your face

Have you heard of mud soap? I have heard of mud pack but not soap. But what can you expect from someone who doesn't really care about beauty regimen and stuff.

Anyway, I found out about this soap a few weeks ago when my friend introduced me to it.

It's a dead sea mud soap and it can do wonders for your skin, especially the acne prone skin.

I was acne-prone before. It was stressful. But with proper care and the right stuff, you can easily have a smooth and clear face.

I don't have breakouts anymore but I think this is worth a try after my friend's face transformation. She's glowing and her skin looks really healthy.

Outfit Dilemna

Planning a winter wardrobe can really be a headache. Literally. LOL! Of course, there's the weather to take part in the blame but I think it's mostly from planning an outfit I have no experience of.

It's exactly one month from today that we are going to Europe. They say that November in Paris is already winter-like cold so my friend advised me to bring on the full gear - coat, boots, gloves and scarf.

I have all of it already, thanks to a recent shopping trip in Bangkok but I don't know how to wear it. LOL!

There's also the accessory I have to think about. Should I bring my steel bracelets, chunky bangles, chandelier earrings, etc?

Believe it or not, I have been researching on what to wear in Paris on November. And surprisingly, there are a lot of women out there like me who's asking the same thing. Hahaha! I think we're all scared we'd be caught by the fashion police in Paris. Isn't Paris the fashion capital of the world? Or at least one of the fashion capital of the world.

Now, let me go back to my research and report here what I find.

Lackluster?

Did you guys watch the Emmy's? I've got so many things on my hand and watching TV was the last thing on my mind.

Anyway, I was browsing for the ladies' dresses and they say Katie Holmes' look at the Emmy's was lackluster?

Photo from tv.yahoo.com

This is what she wore - a blue shoulder-baring Calvin Klein.

I know I might be biased when it comes to Katie Holmes but I don't think her red carpet look was lackluster. Yes, it's simple and clean but it looks elegant. She looks absolutely gorgeous.

Well, that's just me. I love her look!

Miss Angola is Miss Universe 2011

Miss Leila Lopes from Angola has been crowned the new Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil yesterday.

Photo from yahoo.com

Leila Lopes was a crowd favorite during the pageant. It's no surprise. She's beautiful and she looks confident.

However, I was rooting for a different contestant - Miss Philippines. But of course!

Miss Shamcey Supsup from Philippines was 3rd runner up. I thought she deserved better than 3rd runner up. From where I was watching, it looked like Miss Angola and Miss Philippines were the front runners. So I was disappointed with the result.

Nevertheless, I am proud of Miss Supsup for representing our country well. I wonder though, did the runners up receive some kind of trophies. Or did they get tiaras?

Did you watch the Miss Universe Pageant? Who was your bet?
